Here is what happens after you place an order and before the material is delivered to your property.
Submit Your Order
Start by selecting the material and amount, then provide the delivery zip code and select a delivery date.
Supplier Assignment
We pair the order with an available supplier in our network.
Confirming Delivery
Your email confirmation lists the delivery date and the local supplier's contact number.
Truck Delivery
The dump truck brings the material to your driveway or another location you identify on the property.
Delivery Day Details
Prepare Before Arrival
- Remove obstacles from the intended material drop area
- Provide a clear 12-foot wide truck route, with branches and wires kept out of the way.
- Use a cone, flag, or other visible marker to identify the dump spot
- You do NOT have to be home. Keep the access clear and leave directions for placement.
- Make sure your phone is available, as the driver might phone or send a text to confirm
At Delivery
- For placement questions, the driver may contact you by call or text
- The material is unloaded in a pile at the location you identify
- A normal drop is on the driveway or on reachable ground beside it
- Allow about 10-15 minutes for the full delivery

Delivery Questions
Must I be home when the material arrives?
No. Leave an open route and tell us where the material should go. The driver will dump it where directed.
What quantity can I buy?
Order anything from a single ton to a full multi-ton load. Use the calculator for your project size, or tell us what you need and we will load it.
Can materials be dumped in my backyard?
A dump truck needs level, open ground for safe unloading. A truck-accessible backyard can be used. If not, delivery normally goes to the driveway or an area next to the street.
What happens if my order is too large or too small?
Use the calculator to estimate the amount you need. If more is needed, place a new order. Review our refund policy for cancellations.
Are weekend deliveries available?
Deliveries are currently limited to weekdays only (Monday through Friday). Choose your preferred date during checkout.
Which confirmation details will I get?
Immediately after ordering, you will get an email with order and delivery details. Our team will then contact you to confirm the delivery date and give you the supplier's contact information.
What happens if the truck cannot get onto my property?
A dump truck needs an unobstructed path at least 12-foot wide, clear of low branches and overhead wires. If access to the site is not possible, the driver will dump at the nearest safe spot. Contact us before ordering if access is a concern.
